I ordered mats, but when the package showed up, it had a bunch of random trim pieces instead. I was disappointed because that’s definitely not what I needed. Not a great experience...

Support did help me out in the end, so I’m glad about that. I was just a bit annoyed because the reply took longer than I expected. Overall, decent experience, just wish it had been quicker

It’s okay overall. The quality isn’t bad, just not really amazing either. I mean, it does what it’s supposed to, but there are a couple little things that make it feel kind of... average. Not a regret, just not perfect

Pretty good value for what you get, and the whole ordering process was really easy. Shipping could’ve been a bit faster, but overall I’m happy with it.

I got a part from Evbase and ended up having to send it back because it didn’t fit my car the way I thought it would. I probably should’ve double checked a couple things before ordering, but it just wasn’t going to work for me.

The return itself wasn’t super complicated, though support took a little while to get back to me. I had to follow up again to figure out what to do next, which was a bit annoying. I also had to cover the return shipping, so that part wasn’t ideal.

I did eventually get my refund, so it worked out in the end. It just took longer than I was expecting, and the whole thing felt a little dragged out. Not the worst experience, but not exactly smooth either

I ordered from evbase.com and the install ended up being okay, but I wouldn’t call it super smooth. The part did fit in the end, but it felt like every time I thought I had it figured out, there was some little adjustment or extra step that popped up.

The instructions were basic, so I had to stop and look up a video just to make sure I wasn’t missing something. It wasn’t impossible, but it definitely felt like the goalposts kept moving a bit, which made the whole thing take longer than I expected.

Now that it’s installed, it works and looks good, so I’m not totally unhappy with it. I’d give it around 3 stars though, mainly because the installation could be clearer and a lot less annoying.

I found the main thing quickly, and then of course I ended up spotting a few other useful bits too. Kind of one of those “well, since I’m already here…” situations

The pages felt cluttered, the filters didn’t really narrow things down in a useful way, and I kept having to dig around for basic product info. A few buttons weren’t very clear either, which made me second-guess what I was clicking. After a while, it started to feel more stressful than it was worth, so I gave up before placing an order. I wanted to like the site, but it just didn’t feel easy or comfortable to use.

I bought a part and it quit working after just a few weeks. I reached out to warranty support, and they did reply eventually, but then they kept asking for more photos and videos before going quiet again. I did get an answer in the end, but the whole thing was slow and frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great service

I had a good experience with Evbase overall. To be fair, the communication was clear and they did get back to me when I reached out with questions. The tracking worked fine for the most part, though it did take a little while to update at times. Nothing major, and I felt like things were handled reasonably. Overall, I’m happy with the experience

I ordered from evbase.com the packaging was disappointing. The box was really thin, like way too thin for the parts inside, and there was barely any padding. One corner was crushed when it arrived, and the parts were just moving around and rubbing against each other in the box. Luckily, not everything was broken, but it definitely looked careless. For the price I paid, I really expected better packaging. I really did. Not sure I’d order again anytime soon

I ordered this console cover because evbase said it was made for my exact car model and year, so I figured it would be a simple install. When it showed up, the holes didn’t line up at all. Like, not even close enough to make it work.

I spent way too long trying to shift it around and compare it with the install pictures, and by the end I was just mentally drained. Maybe it fits a different version of the car, but it definitely didn’t fit mine. Now I’ve got to deal with the return process, which is the last thing I wanted

I picked up a few EV accessories from evbase and, from what I can tell so far, they’re doing what they’re supposed to. The fit seemed good and the parts feel sturdy enough, though I haven’t had them long enough to say much beyond that.
